Formed in 2004, no.w.here is a not for profit artist run organization based in Tower Hamlets that combines film production alongside critical dialogue about contemporary image making.

As an artist run platform no.w.here has supported the production of artist works, run multiple workshops and critical discussions and actively curated performances, screenings, residencies, publications, events and exhibitions. no.w.here's national and international projects explore political and aesthetic questions around contemporary image production and systems of distribution and no.w.here’s ideas come directly from a participatory artistic practice that does not take these terms for granted.

Family Day: Film Action

Throughout 2012 no.w.here will work with the Tate's Early Years and Families programme to present a series of events, workshops and activities which explore and play with the different parts that make up cinema.

The programme of activities for families will develop throughout 2012, culminating in a programme for the Tate's new Tank space on October 28th 2012. The next Open Studio with no.w.here takes place on Saturday 15th September and 29th September.

The Early Years and Families programme is being developed with no.w.here, Anna Lucas, Dan Scott (sound artist) and Harold Offeh (video and performance).
