The Political Economy of Affect and the Labour of (Re) Presentation: Emma Dowling

part 1

part 2
_____________
Emma Dowling’s current research focuses on the relationship between social and political conflict and global governance processes and institutions. Her research on ethics involves understanding how ethics is increasingly connected to new forms of valorisation and measure. Her work on affect deals with immaterial and reproductive labour in its intersections with gender, but also with the role of affect in politics and in knowledge production.
